This is what we are currently looking for in any promotion and/or marketing services we engage. For us, Artist Push was not that. As stated, this was a test drive. We got what we paid for technically, just not what we hoped for in the big picture. We hoped for a service that would aid in real long term growth. Nothing more, nothing less. More show than substance. The package we got, in reality, seems to be just about a bump in numbers.
Maybe I misunderstood the package we bought. Also, according to articles on the websites Billboard, PCMag and Music Ally, SoundCloud streaming services have been blocked in Russia as of October 2022, so there is that. Maybe it's me but, the thought that 517K Russians, in 48 hours, were digging our tracks that were invisible to the Soundcloud ecosystem 72 hours prior, does not feel believable to me. with an additional 16K between Balashikha and Novosibirsk (apparently an unknown hot bed for American rap artists). What stood out immediately was that each track got virtually the same number of streams (163K as of this writing) and likes (EXACTLY 1063 as of this writing) in 48 hours. We bought the same Soundcloud package for four tracks. Not here to say whether someone should or should not use Artist Push, just sharing our experience. This was a test run. Overall, I am not saying what it is, but I know what it looks like.
